Medical Claims Processing – The Vision Way

Vision’s entire processing cycle illustrated below is managed using our proprietary workflow management software Vision Information Management System (VIMS) and Vision Client Information System (VCIS), our knowledge repository for claims processing. The application provides our clients the tools and resources to monitor and track the status of work on a real-time basis, and collaborate effectively using the standardized templates and protocols. Apart from VIMS, e-mail, fax, and voice are the means of communication with clients.

Confidentiality and sanctity of client and patient data is maintained throughout the billing cycle. All data received from the client is systematically backed up, as is the internal data and communication, ensuring the safety of information.
