Our Workflow Management System, Vision Information Management System, manages the flow of work in our offices in India and provides real-time reports and form-based collaborative tools. You'll get a cross-dimensional view of information on work that is pending or completed and on productivity.

Errors are reduced and the clean claims processing rate increased with our Knowledge Management tool, the Vision Client Information System, which gathers the particulars of each of your claims, then stores, catalogues, and creates an easy-access data base that keeps our agents up-to-date on regulations and requirements.

Collaboration is the key to co-sourcing between client and the processor performing the work. To bridge the miles between the U.S. and India, Vision has designed its newest tool, Virtual-i, a Web-based real-time monitoring application, which puts U.S. clients in control of the entire process taking place off shore.
