Anurag Jain
Founder and CEO, Vision Healthsource

Anurag Jain leads the Business Process Solutions (BPS) Group, where he is responsible for its strategy, management, sales, operations and service delivery. With over 10 years of experience in building and managing different global business process service delivery models, Mr. Jain is currently involved in building Perot Systems' BPS capability across various industry groups.
Prior to joining Perot Systems, Mr. Jain founded Vision Healthsource, a company focused on providing business process outsourcing services to healthcare providers and payers. He built that company to more than 800 associates and over 35 customers worldwide. Then in 2003, Mr. Jain architected Perot Systems’ acquisition of Vision Healthsource—a landmark agreement, which creates an end-to-end, global healthcare Business Process Service Delivery model within Perot Systems. Mr. Jain continues as CEO of Vision Healthsource and is actively involved in building and managing Vision’s brand and service delivery capabilities.
Along with Vision, Mr. Jain also co-founded and served as head of operations for Brigade Corporation, a customer support company with 1,300 customer support employees across centers in the U.S., Europe and India.
With his experience founding and managing two of India's leading BPO businesses, Anurag is recognized as a thought leader in the Indian BPO space, actively speaking at a number of key business conferences each year.
Prior to founding Brigade, Anurag was a management consultant with Gemini Consulting, where he launched wireless operations for telecom carriers worldwide. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a B.S. degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences, Pilani, India. |

Vardhman Jain
Managing Director - Business Process Solutions India

As the Managing Director for Perot Systems Business Process Solutions operations in India, Mr. Jain is responsible for the entire delivery of India-based BPO operations, which currently spans more than 60 clients in healthcare, financial services and finance & accounting markets. Mr. Jain has the overall responsibility for the business and financial performance of BPS operations in the India-based centers. Additionally, Mr. Jain plays a key role in building and managing these centers’ global technology infrastructure, managing client relationships, and sourcing the right talent. He brings a wealth of experience in the areas of corporate development, strategic planning, sales & marketing management, executive leadership and managing India-based BPO operations.
Mr. Jain has played a key role in building scalabilities into the organization’s operations to facilitate a quick ramp-up. His zeal for automation has led to the development of a completely automated business process systems suite, including Knowledge management, workflow management and other enabling technologies for Employee Relationship Management. Mr. Jain has led BPS transformation into the leader in the Healthcare BPO space by using the right mix of people, process, technology and infrastructure.
Mr. Jain holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Texas at Austin and also holds a B.Sc. in Statistics from Loyola College, India. After completing his education, he worked with Dazel Software (A Hewlett Packard Software Company) in Austin, TX, as a quality assurance engineer. He returned to India in 1999 to head the BPS operations, where he has overseen the growth of the company from under 10 employees in 1999 to over 4,000 worldwide today.

T. Narasinga Rao (TNR)

A t Perot Systems BPS, T. Narasinga Rao (TNR) manages the entire services delivery comprising transaction and call center processes across multiple verticals including Healthcare provider, Healthcare payer, Finance & Accounting and Financial services clientele.
Through his career, TNR has been involved in developing and executing marketing strategies, building customer-focused solutions aimed at enhancing retention and loyalty, developing pricing and revenue models besides managing service delivery. His expertise lies in conceptualizing and leading the development of service delivery frameworks that build competencies and institutionalize best practices.
TNR has vast experience in developing operations plans and building empowered service delivery teams. He strongly believes in metrics led management by equipping his people with the right tools that can help them manage their performance objectively.
Over a decade of working in leadership roles with some of India 's largest Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations including Sutherland Technologies and Brigade Corporation, TNR has amassed a wealth of experience across multiple verticals. While at Sutherland Technologies, he established a very successful customer support services operation involving over 1000 people for a US based Computer and peripheral devices maker. At Brigade, TNR setup from scratch and managed a 500 seat center in Hyderabad , before taking over the responsibility of the entire service delivery for the organization.
He holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and is a mechanical engineer from Andhra University.

Srinivas Rao
Chief Financial

As the CFO and Chief of shared services, Srinivas has the responsibility for the finance, corporate infrastructure, application development and administration functions. Working in different roles as the Chief Operating Officer, CFO over the last six years, Srinivas has helped built Operational finance models, corporate financial controls & reporting, financial risk management and Management Information Systems.
Throughout his career spanning over 10 years, Srinivas has held key leadership positions. He has been involved with the building up of large-scale operations from scratch, demonstrating and emerging as an astute people leader. Srinivas also has panache for implementing best practice systems and processes for effective management and governance.
Recognized as an industry thought-leader in the BPO space, Srinivas works closely with government agencies & Industry associations towards developing the policy framework and guidelines to help promote the technology businesses in the country.
Srinivas is a chartered accountant (Indian equivalent of CPA) and a cost accountant. Before joining us, he was with TGV Compu-Info Ltd., a company of the TGV Group with over $150 million asset base. His responsibilities included managing large teams on the development and deployment of technologies like ERP, Enterprise Portals, ASP business models and technology based business solutions. Prior to TGV, Srinivas handled key engagements with leading offshore technology solutions providers such as DSQ Software and Concourse. |

Shaji Ravi
Head-Account Management & Production
Physician Billing Services |
Shaji was one of the members of the team that set up the first offshore healthcare BPO in India. A graduate in Defense Studies, Shaji served in various roles from a Process Associate to a Senior Manager before moving to Vision in early 2000.
His grasp of Healthcare BPO has been proven time and again in his ability to interface with the clients to gather, analyze and document their specific requirements. Shaji is responsible for the enitire service delivery of our Provider operations including transitioning of client accounts, stabilization of service delivery and ongoing continuous improvement. Shaji's uncanny ability of spotting and developing the right billing talent has been a key asset in Vision's success in transitioning and rapidly ramping-up new client operations. He also plays a key role in researching emerging delivery models and conceptualizing service delivery frameworks that build our competencies and demonstrate our domain and technical expertise.
As the Head of Account Management & Production, Shaji is directly responsible for meeting our client's unique service requirements, managing multiple teams, and communicating with clients on an ongoing basis. Currently Shaji heads a team of over 40 dedicated client units with over 700 agents

Satish Ponnaiya
Vice President – Provider Strategy
|
Satish Ponnaiya is one of our oldest associates and has a multi-responsibility profile after his recent role transition from that of “Vice President – Client Services”.
Functioning as the VP for Provider Strategy, Satish holds the responsibility for evaluating trends in the market, reviewing and assessing PS BPSI response to these changes and create a strategic vision for future growth areas and opportunities. He would strive to look at innovative ways to achieve internal process efficiencies by putting together a resource plan and develop innovative product/service offerings that BPSI could take to the market place, thereby enhancing the value that we bring to our clients.
In addition to these responsibilities, Satish will be working closely with the marketing team to develop plans, collaterals, pipeline management, training and overall positioning of the organization.
Starting with establishment of our physician billing services in the market place, Satish played a key role in the development of several service offerings and was also involved with Perot Systems acquisition of Vision Healthsource.
Prior to joining us, Satish worked in various executive roles with fast-growth, high technology businesses and has been focused on healthcare BPO right from the time it started in India. |

Allen Roy
Global Head-Networking |
Since joining Perot Systems' BPS India operations in 1997 (Known as Vision Healthsource back then) as the first employee, Allen Roy has seen and helped the company grow each step of the way. Allen has been able don a diverse set of roles through this journey in line with the business requirements and has grown from being a network engineer to Global Head-Networking.
Over the last 9 years, Allen has planned and implemented call-center solutions, CRM packages, Networking technologies such as VPNs, Avaya, Nortel, and Cisco-based voice infrastructure amongst others at multiple onshore and offshore centers. At Perot Systems BPS, we consider Allen's ability to align technology and processes with business vision & objectives as a strategic asset-a strength that has made client transitions to our systems, almost a plug and play affair. Allen has played a key role in conceptualizing and building our robust network infrastructure with multiple levels of redundancies to support continuous 24/7 operations.
Additionally, Allen, focuses on the implementation of Information security & privacy best practices, policies and protocols for the Business Process Solutions Business unit, which helps us assure our clients a secure outsourcing solution.

Manish Jain
Sr Manager - Sales, Marketing & Communication |
In his role as the Senior Manager-Marketing, Sales and Communication, Manish heads the marketing for Vision Healthsource and focuses on conceptualizing customer focused BPO services and solutions. From a sales support perspective, he is responsible
for preparing responses to RFPs and conceptualizing plans to acquire new clients and build market share. His key responsibility is marketing and sales strategy to build Vision's client-base and helped catapult Vision to the leadership space in offshore healthcare BPO Space. He joined Vision in early 2002 and played a key role in various activities in the run-up to Perot Systems acquisition of Vision Healthsource.
Additionally, Manish manages the entire communications for Vision, where he is responsible for brand development, Internal and External communication. He has coordinated and led the development of various intranet portals and technologies. As a member of the Perot Systems India Leadership Team, he plays an active role in framing the overall business direction and conceptualizing various programs.
Prior to Vision, he worked for ScapeVelocity; a Chennai based IT and Business Solutions provider. In his one-year stint at ScapeVelocity, he helped build financial portals for Citibank, HomeTrade (then, Asia’s largest Personal Finance Portal), TheStitch.com (A B2B portal garment exporters and other B2C portals.
Manish started his career in 1996 with Voltas, an engineering services firm, where he helped set-up some of the largest textile mill operations in South India before getting into management. He holds an MBA from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad and was a University rank holder for his B.Tech from the Shivaji University.

Srinivas G
Sr. Manager - Training & Development |
Srinivas Ghanagam joined Vision Healthsource in March 2001. He served the Indian Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller (Flight Lieutenant) for six years before choosing the transition to a career in Training and Development. He brings with him rich experience in Core Training activities, Human Resource Management and Operations. He has personally trained over 500 associates at Vision, across functionalities.
Srinivas has been instrumental in building the processes & systems from a foundational level to an organization-wide, scalable and holistic training delivery system. Feedback mechanisms, checks & balances and measurement at every stage of the learning process ensure continuous improvement and regulated implementation of the system. He is responsible for creating the computer-based training which forms an integral part of the learning process of associates. He also created a multi-tier training process to ensure ongoing fulfillment of learning and developmental needs of process associates and leaders across various functions.
Besides facilitating foundational training programs, Srinivas is also closely involved in ensuring a seamless transition of associates into day-to-day operational efficiency. He leads a team of over 50 Training Coordinators who are responsible for standardization of Client-level training and ongoing mentoring. Srinivas is responsible for maintaining the delicate balance between ensuring quality training of new recruits in huge numbers as well as making sure that continuous learning of associates takes place with the latest in their area of expertise.
Srinivas has successfully transitioned training processes in new businesses Vision has forayed into and has laid down a methodology for future transitions. He is also responsible for facilitating developmental programs for the managers and all other associates. He has the task of continuously grooming talent internally to provide better positions within the organization. |

Anand Subramani
Head – Healthcare, Payer and F&A Operations |
Anand Subramani, Head – Healthcare, Payer and F&A Operations, has over a decade of corporate leadership experience in strategic and tactical positions. He has extensive experience in offshore operations, global process transition, client relationship management, business development and BPO service delivery to several Fortune 100 companies including HP, Philips, Johnson Controls, CNH and Bank One amongst others.
Most recently Anand was the Director of BPO Solutions at Brigade Corporation in Chicago. He has also served as Program Manager at Sutherland and Product Manager at Tata Motors in India.
Anand is an Engineering Graduate from College of Engineering – Guindy and a Post Graduate in Management Studies from Sydenham Institute of Management, Mumbai University and has also completed the Global Leadership Program from Thunderbird-The American Graduate School of International Management-USA. |

Srinivas Sripada
Vice President - Quality |
Srinivas Sripada, who comes with over 15 years of experience in BPO/ITES, other services and manufacturing organizations, is Vice President - Quality for PSBPS. Through his career, Sripada has focused on Quality Management and donned the role of an ISO Management Representative, Six Sigma Quality Leader, Lead Auditor etc amongst others. He has led several Quality Improvement Programs and helped over 30 organizations achieve ISO certification.
Srinivas was the Head-Quality in Brigade, managing strategic and operations quality for over 5 years and has played a significant role in achieving high levels of accuracy & customer satisfaction in transactional processes and Voice based services. He has also worked with American Quality Assessors (AQA), Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) in managerial positions.
Srinivas holds an engineering degree from Sri Venkateswara University in India. He is also a Six Sigma Black Belt, COPC-registered Coordinator, and a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality. |

Raman Narasimhan

Our in-house security expert, Raman Narasimhan oversees the Security Compliance and Standards implementation program apart from overseeing and ensuring internal control best practices.
Mr. Raman Narasimhan is the architect for BPSI’s BS7799 / ISO 27001 security certification apart from working on for the continuous improvement of the Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Planning. Raman’s rich knowledge helped the company to achieve a coveted ranking to become the first major MNC BPO company, apart from being first among the PSC units to obtain ISO 27001 – a stringent information security standard. Raman is also responsible for SAS 70 Type II assessment – an AICPA requirement to check Service organization’s internal control practices which is mapped and considered for the Sarbanes Oxley requirements. He brings with him rich experience in consulting on information security engagements and holds certification in the following areas:
