Vision’s clients do not have to make any investments in changing their existing technology. Vision’s state-of-the-art support center in Chennai, India, guarantees a seamless transfer of data between clients in the U.S. and our processing center.

The centers feature:

  • 40-hour diesel back-up power supplies
  • Central air-conditioned facility with floor-based security systems
  • Private dedicated network fiber to the US with microwave or fiber for the “last mile” (no copper)
  • Satellite up and downlinks direct to the rooftop of our facilities (by-passing local telecom companies)
  • Cisco-based network routers and firewalls supporting converged data and voice traffic
  • DELL servers that handle our highly available, redundant and scalable systems

We use state-of-art network topologies, high bandwidth connectivity, and powerful Web-based technologies to seamlessly implement and deliver quality healthcare transaction processing and collection services. Transfer of data between client locations, our centers in US and India , takes place over high speed encrypted CMS Compliant VPNs to ensure maximum data security.

We use Cisco-based infrastructure that supports both data and converged IP-based voice. Our innovative voice technology guarantees a superior call quality for our agents and ensures minimum down time.
