Errors are reduced and the clean claims processing rate increased with our Knowledge Management tool, the Vision Client Information System, which gathers the particulars of each of your claims, then stores, catalogues, and creates an easy-access data base that keeps our agents up-to-date on regulations and requirements.

Workflow Management

The Vision Information Management System (VIMS) provides U.S.-based companies with real-time reports and form-based collaborative tools. You'll get a cross-dimensional view of information on work that is pending or completed and on productivity.

VIMS automates, tracks, and manages the flow of work from the client site to our processing centers in India, follows the work through each stage in the processing cycle, and tracks delivery of completed cases back to the client. We map the skills and competencies of our agents and use these skills profiles to route and distribute work between the participants.

Virtual-i

Collaboration is the key to co-sourcing between client and the processor performing the work. To bridge the miles between the U.S. and India, Vision has designed its newest tool, the Web-based Virtual-i, which puts U.S. clients in control of the entire process taking place off shore.

Virtual-i is a visual tool that virtually brings our offices in India right into your location in the U.S., as if our employees were working on your site. By logging onto the Web, you can monitor work as it is actually being performed in our processing centers.

  • You'll get a virtual feel for such things as when and if people are working and what type of people are assigned to your tasks.
  • Manpower and space can be tracked and reconfigured to optimal performance.
  • Reports help you monitor resource usage, availability, and network management.

Virtual-i is the next best thing to being there. In the future, we will be adding video to put clients in even closer touch with their off-shore colleagues.
