The Vision Information Management System
(VIMS) provides U.S.-based companies with real-time reports

VIMS automates, tracks, and manages the flow
of work from the client site to our processing centers in
India, follows the work through each stage in the processing
cycle, and tracks delivery of completed cases back to the
client. We map the skills and competencies of our agents and
use these skills profiles to route and distribute work between
the participants.

Virtual-i is a visual tool that virtually brings
our offices in India right into your location in the U.S.,
as if our employees were working on your site. By logging
onto the Web, you can monitor work as it is actually being
performed in our processing centers.
