• ICWA with around 5 years experience in costing, financial modeling etc.
• Exposure to MIS and generating reports for decision-making

• Up to 5 years experience in leading service delivery team(s)

• Exposure to reporting and performance monitoring systems

• 5 - 7 years experience as a service delivery manager

• Experience in Processes Transition/Migration desirable

• Engineers / Graduates with Diploma in Networking
• Experienced in troubleshooting hardware / software problems
• Hands-on experience in installation of servers
• Willing to work in shifts

• Engineers / MCA Graduates with at least one year experience in DOT Net,ASP
• Ability to translate business requirements into power-packed applications
• Good project management and communication skills

• Engineer / MBA with a passion for excellence
• Experienced in preparing RFPs / RFIs & Developing Marketing Collaterals
• Excellent presentation & negotiating skills
• Creative with high energy levels

• Graduates with Diploma in Multi Media
• Hands-on experience on Dream weaver, Adobe Photoshop, PageMaker, Illustrator & Flash
• High degree of creativity

• Science /Pharmacy Graduates/Postgraduates with about 3 years experience in US Healthcare Insurance claims processes
• Demonstrated ability to train new hires, strong analytical and communication skills are a pre-requisite

• Commerce Graduates/Postgraduates with at least 1 year experience in Financial Back office processes ie Account Payables/Accounts Receivables for US Corporations
