Knowledge Management

To ensure that our agents are current on ever-changing healthcare regulations and specific client requirements, we have implemented a knowledge-management interface called Vision Client Information System (VCIS). At the click of a button, this system allows us to store, catalogue, and access the information that is uniquely relevant to each client. Complementing this technology is a team of leading medical billing industry consultants who ensure that our clients have access to the best strategic thinking in the industry.

Collaborative Technology

Collaboration is the key to our proprietary workflow application, Vision Information Management System (VIMS), a powerful software that smoothly transfers work from the client’s location to our processing floor and allows clients to monitor and manage work at the offshore location. This exclusive Web-based tool puts the client is in control at all times and delivers real-time reports over secure communications. Turnaround is fast and work is accurate.
